Asbury Theological Seminary Florida Conference
When Asbury Theological Seminary hosted its Florida Conference for an all day meeting they turned to us to provide lunch for all 120 guests.? We went with a whimsical beach theme to match the soup and salad buffet we presented. We presented 3 of our Hand Crafted Soups and paired them with 3 Prepared Signature Salads as well as as build your own salad bar. Fresh baked rolls along with a refreshing beverage station rounded out the main course.
Asbury Luncheon
For Dessert we prepared a huge assortment of Bite-Sized Desserts. These are a lot of work but the guests absolutely Love these enjoying 1, 2, sometimes 3, or maybe even 5 of these tasty treats. We offered 3 flavors on this day, Carmel Delight, Coconut Cream, and Strawberry Shortcake.

Fully Recharged after a refreshing lunch the conference returned to their meetings and tackled the tasks they had gathered for.
I have never been disappointed by John and his staff. They are always professional. Their food is always fresh and delicious. If you think the display looks good in the photos, the food was even better. I met with other caterers when I started, before discovering Crave, and was not very excited. We have used Crave for many events, large and small, and they always are top notch. They are doing another event for us this week, in fact.
I discovered John and Gina about a year ago, they are awesome! Their food is delicious. Their staff is top notch and easy to work with. iCrave will be doing another event that I’m coordinating next week – the 12th they have done for me! John works with me to accomplish great meals no matter what my budget for the event! When iCrave is catering I can relax and enjoy the event knowing that all the details will be covered excellently!
